"Betsy is greatly missed by her many friends and co-workers in Lancaster County.

Her grandson, Chase Kirby, was the light of her life. How happy she would be to know that, as we found out at Christmas, her daughter is going to have another baby."

"Betsy Finley and I lived about 10 or 11 houses from each other on Grace Avenue near the
Bleachery.  Betsy was talented and very smart.  She was crazy about Nicky Altman in
school and later married him.  They had 2 children. They divorced after 20 or 30 years of marriage.
Betsy moved back to Lancaster.  Floyd and I bought a house and after we moved in, we found
Betsy was our next door neighbor. We got to be good friends. She got to see her grandson, Chase
before she died. She loved her family and friends so much. Betsy said exactly what she thought.
I really liked that.  She died in her sleep.  She had put up a real fight against her cancer."
